Andorate’s Creative Products Delight Attendees at UEG, Vienna

At the UEG conference in October 2024, GA Health unveiled its next-generation ThomasTrap 2.0 (code: GAR104040) to healthcare professionals. This innovative product significantly enhances the efficiency of polyp retrieval procedures by minimizing suction interruptions during procedures. The pre-angled soft tube ensures tangle-free operations, while the curved inner design of the strainer cleverly prevents polyps from getting trapped in corners.

The Andorate Tip Guard (code: GAR107-S) was another talking point at UEGW. This product features a unique benefit of one-size-fits-almost all-endoscopes. It makes it a clear choice for endoscope protection whether during drying, transportation or storage. Andorate Tip Guard is designed to deliver secure protection to the endoscopes and also mitigate cross contamination, following AAMI*.

AAMI: A tip protector that is made of material that can retain moisture (e.g., sponge) can create an environment favourable for microbial growth. Tip protectors should not cover the opening of the tip. Tip protectors are meant to be single-use unless otherwise specified in the manufacturer’s written IFU.
