Learn more about Andorate’s DEHP-free Vacutore tubing

What is Vacutore?

Vacu means pressurised bottle; Tore originates from Scandinavian Thor’s warrior. Andorate’s Vacutore air-water bottle tubing is the best choice for combating endoscopy infection.

More Reliable Performance

Ensuring the air-water system is completely airtight is essential for optimal air and water supply functioning during endoscopy. Air leakage may occur in the bottle cap and its connecting point to the endoscope, which leads to inadequate insufflation and a weak water jet for washing the lens of an endoscope.

Therefore, it is of utmost importance to use high-quality air-water bottle tubing for smooth GI endoscopy.

DEHP-free

At GA Health, we take our responsibility to develop and manufacture products seriously. It means that we put in a lot of extra effort to make sure that our products are as sustainable as possible without compromising their performance.

DEHP (Di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate) is a plasticiser commonly used to manufacture various products, including medical devices, food packaging, and children’s toys. However, the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has determined that DEHP is a probable human carcinogen that may cause cancer. In addition, the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) has classified DEHP as possibly carcinogenic to humans.
