Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Marketing Manager in developing digital marketing strategies to promote Company products and achieve Company business goals.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify, develop and execute effective online advertising campaigns to raise the brand awareness and drive organic traffic & market lead.
  • Prepare creative and write-up for content marketing, online promotion, and digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional parties, including product, creative designers, agencies etc to have successful product launch to market.
  • Responsible for content updates and execution of all digital media campaigns across multiple social media and web channels including but not limited to company website, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Google Ad, SEM, SEO, eDM, etc.
  • Continuously improve the performance of digital marketing campaigns through analysis reports insight to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct market research and analysis latest trends to identify business opportunities.
  • Participate and support in demand generation and other CRM programs.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Analytics, e-Commerce or other related disciplines.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in B2B digital marketing perspective.
  • Proficiency in analytical skills to measure campaign performance and provide insights for optimization by utilizing the analytic tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Background with digital agencies is an advantage.
  • Experience of collaboration with marketing agencies and 3rd party vendors is an advantage.
  • Background with healthcare or medical industry is definitely an advantage.
  • Experience in the global market especially US and EU is definitely an advantage.
  • Able to be independent, self-motivated, multi-task, detail-oriented.

Assistant Regulatory Affairs Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Compile and edit technical documentations to support jurisdiction-specific regulatory registration and authorization, ensure alignment with international/ national regulations, such as FDA 510(k) and EU MDD/ MDR.
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary and cross-functional teams to consolidate information for regulatory submissions, including testing protcols and reports.
  • Lead and maintain company documentation for regulatory and certification purposes, ensuring compliance with relevant RA procedures.
  • Liaison with competent authorities (CA)s on audits and inspections, providing timely and appropriate response to regulatory requests.
  • Providing professional advise to senior management on appropriate strategies and measures to address regulatory changes, such as Brexit, MDD transition to MDR, and MDSAP etc.
  • Recommending functional departments and inter-disciplinary teams on appropriate measures to ensure compliance throughout product life cycle (PLC), such as but not limited to labeling, clinical evaluation report (CER), and post-market surveillance (PMS).
  • Support marketing team, in developing regulatory messages for branding and product launch in global markets, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with and manage notified bodies to optimize conformity assessment, including technical file reviews, MDR, MDSAP, TGA, and ANISA.
  • Provide regulatory training to develop internal resources and competency in regulatory affairs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree holder in relevant disciplines such as science or medical fields.
  • Minimum 5 years’ working experience in regulated industry, preferably with Medical Device or combination products, clinical experience.
  • Knowledge in jurisdiction-specific regulations in EU, US, China, Australia, Canada, and Japan, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills.
  • Proficient statistical analytics and strong problem solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing in English and Chinese.
  • Ability to work effectively with both internally and external parties.

(Senior) Product Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Collect and support the development and production schedules, ensuring product events can meet the deadlines.
  • Support pre- and post-launch activities by conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for internal teams, key stakeholders, and customers.
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with the market needs & demand discovery, features, packaging and configurations etc. by conducting product marketing research and competition analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and production schedules, ensuring product campaigns and events can adherence to timelines.
  • Participate in prototype review, UX planning and tracking to optimise product usability and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to engineering team to improve product design, performance and functionality.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Product Management/Marketing, or a related technical field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in product development and management in a regulated industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in engineering or regulated industry is required, preferably in manufacturing and product development, with healthcare industry or a similar medical device field is highly desirable.
  • Maintaining well-organized samples, numbering, and related documents in a tidy manner.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written in English and Chinese.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a proactive, fast-paced, team-oriented dynamic work environment.

Project Engineer

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the medical device product realization process. 
  • Assist in maintaining product realization timeline.
  • Plan and implement product realization documentation, such as user requirements, design input, and device specifications in accordance with Regulatory standards (ISO 13485, etc.).
  • Ensuring effective and comprehensive communication throughout the production realization between different stakeholders and multiple manufacturing sites.
  • Lead and communicate with different parties in resolving engineering design, risk management, product quality, and testing issues during product realization.
  • Lead and issue Engineering Change and communicate with necessary parties through the documented process. 
  • Participate and support Risk Management activities.
  • Participate and support Corrective and Preventative Action activities.
  • Participate and support Design Verification and Validation activities.
  • Participate and support in Technical File and Design Dossier Submission.
  • Completing any tasks within the project scope including design verification and validation activities, design, artwork, regulatory submission, product registration, transfer to production, and so forth.
  • Participate and support customer communication as required.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Discipline. 
  • Three years in engineering work-related discipline is preferable.

Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage customer inquiries, incidents investigation, complaint follow-up, and root cause analysis.
  • Perform product design review, risk analysis, validation, or solutions on any issues related to the product/parts, process, equipment, or tools as appropriate.
  • Quality management system setup, implementation, and supporting offsite facilities to align medical industrial best practices.
  • Coach Company stakeholders to fulfil the medical QMS and regulatory requirements.
  • Ad hoc assignment related to new medical device regulations, customer requirements, corporate initiatives, or strategic programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in a scientific discipline (engineering, statistics, physical/biological, or health sciences).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device quality, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, or engineering.
  • Good understanding of US, and EU medical regulations and related industry standards.
  • Certified Quality professional – Six sigma black belt, CQE, CQA, CQM, or equivalent or medical QMS internal auditor are preferred.
  • Experience in QMS setup, implementation, audit, and certification.
  • Good problem solving, interpersonal skills, and able to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
  • Willing to travel to production facilities in China or overseas after pandemic.

Sales Account Manager EMEA

Responsibilities:
  • Managing and developing distributors and MTO customers in European markets, ensuring client satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and engaging in key account management activities such as weekly calls and monthly reviews.
  • Implementing sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Leading and moving the opportunities along, negotiating and finalising deals.
  • Working with internal parties to assist the customer with Tendering Process.
  • Tracking and reporting on account activity and providing monthly status updates to management.
  • Be an advisor to customers on our products, performing demos independently and devising solutions for them.
  • Providing feedback from clients and users to the Product Development, Marketing, and Supply Chain team and other stakeholders to continuously improve customer satisfaction. Following through with the stakeholders.
  • Conduct bi-weekly market research to identify new opportunities and competitors’ strengths and weaknesses. Suggest improvements to stay competitive.

  • Understanding and staying up-to-date with the latest medical research to facilitate informed discussions with clients.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a similar regulatory industry or in the Life Science sector. Experience in the Gastroenterology market is an advantage.
  • A proven track record of achievement in the last three years is a must.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, including effective relationship management.
  • Strong presentation skills, including the ability to create proposals tailored to customer needs and to demonstrate effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Traveling is approximately 25% of the time.
