Hong Kong

Project Engineer

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the medical device product realization process.
  • Assist in maintaining product realization timeline.
  • Plan and implement product realization documentation, such as user requirements, design input, and device specifications in accordance with Regulatory standards (ISO 13485, etc.).
  • Ensuring effective and comprehensive communication throughout the production realization between different stakeholders and multiple manufacturing sites.
  • Lead and communicate with different parties in resolving engineering design, risk management, product quality, and testing issues during product realization.
  • Lead and issue Engineering Change and communicate with necessary parties through the documented process.
  • Participate and support Risk Management activities.
  • Participate and support Corrective and Preventative Action activities.
  • Participate and support Design Verification and Validation activities.
  • Participate and support in Technical File and Design Dossier Submission.
  • Completing any tasks within the project scope including design verification and validation activities, design, artwork, regulatory submission, product registration, transfer to production, and so forth.
  • Participate and support customer communication as required.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Discipline.
  • Three years of project management experience is preferable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong logical understanding and hands-on solution provider.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Task-oriented and proactive team player.
  • Experience in the medical device-related area is preferable.
  • Engineering Associate position will be considered for an applicant with lesser experience.
  • Senior Project Engineer position will be considered for an applicant with greater experience.

Regulatory Affairs Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Compile technical documents to support country-specific regulatory submissions and ensure they are in a format consistent with applicable guidance documents.
  • Maintain data and files for future reference, especially in the event of an audit by regulators.
  • Input and adhere to the scheduling and management of Post Market Surveillance (PMS) plans and reports.
  • Review product labels, marketing, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and technical standards.
  • Participate in research of regulatory requirements and disseminate regulatory information to various departments and senior management as required.
  • Review product and manufacturing changes are comply with regional regulations and initiate any necessary regulatory submissions.
  • Assess device-related incidents/complaints for regional medical device reporting requirements and compile and submit reportable events to relevant regulatory authorities in a timely manner.
  • Provide regulatory guidance, ensuring correct interpretation and implementation across the departments for product design, development, evaluation, and marketing.
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or science discipline, with a preference for biomedical engineering.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in medical device regulatory affairs, quality, or engineering. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
  • Willingness to travel to PRC (People’s Republic of China) if required.
  • Experience with medical devices is preferred.
  • Passion for documentation compilation and review, able to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Good analytical skills and project management skills, effective interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively as a team member.
  • Ability to comprehend principles of engineering, physiology, and medical device use.
  • Proficient computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Managing and developing distributors and MTO customers in European markets, ensuring client satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and engaging in key account management activities such as weekly calls and monthly reviews.
  • Implementing sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Leading and moving the opportunities along, negotiating and finalising deals.
  • Working with internal parties to assist the customer with Tendering Process.
  • Tracking and reporting on account activity and providing monthly status updates to management.
  • Be an advisor to customers on our products, performing demos independently and devising solutions for them.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a similar regulatory industry or in the Life Science sector. Experience in the Gastroenterology market is an advantage.
  • A proven track record of achievement in the last three years is a must.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, including effective relationship management.
  • Strong presentation skills, including the ability to create proposals tailored to customer needs and to demonstrate effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Traveling is approximately 25% of the time.

Supply Chain Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing, Logistics & Inventory Control:
  • Manage the end-to-end order processing from customer purchase order (PO) to delivery, ensuring a high order fill rate and customer satisfaction. This includes handling customer inquiries, lead times, order quantities, packaging requirements, and delivery arrangements.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance lead times.
  • Ensure timely and accurate inventory updates across warehouses, third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and in-transit stock, maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
  • Coordinate with 3PL providers and suppliers to optimise stock levels, update replenishment schedules, and align with company policies.
Other Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer feedback and inquiries, ensuring timely communication and resolution while liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee and support quotation processes in alignment with sales requirements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely responses.
  • Maintain and update ERP, WMS, or other relevant systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency across supply chain operations.
  • Prepare operational reports related to supply chain performance, planning, and management, including S&OP, Accounts Receivable (AR), and other key business metrics.
  • Support the Supply Chain Team with ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives as required.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven at least 1 year of experience in order processing, logistics, and inventory control, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management, and logistics operations.
  • Experience with ERP and WMS systems (e.g., Epicor) is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience collaborating across multiple teams and external partners, preferably with Chinese language capability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Traveling is approximately 25% of the time.
