Hong Kong

Assistant Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain product realisation documentation, such as user requirements, design input, device specifications in accordance with Regulatory standards (ISO 13485, etc.), and design verification output.
  • Support post-launch activities by maintaining and updating the product-related documentation.
  • Support in conducting product testing and data analysis.
  • Support Engineering Change and communicate with necessary parties through the documented process.
  • Support in platform maintenance to ensure accurate sharing of engineering information.
  • Ensure effective and comprehensive communication throughout the production realisation between different stakeholders and multiple manufacturing sites.
  • Participate and support Risk Management activities.
  • Participate and support in Technical File and Design Dossier Submission.
  • Completing any tasks within the project scope including design verification and validation activities, design, artwork, regulatory submission, product registration, transfer to production, and so forth.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related science field.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to deliver accurate work on technical documents, specifications, and reports.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to use these tools for data analysis and documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Marketing Executive

Digital Marketing & Performance:

  • Assist in coordinating and managing digital campaigns across various channels, including websites, eDM, SEO/SEM, display advertising, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube) to maximise campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular reports and campaign-based reviews under supervisor guidance, tracking effectiveness and measuring key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Organise marketing assets systematically and regularly to ensure ease of access for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Provide data entry and content management support for marketing backend systems and tools.
  • Under supervisor guidance, conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends, benchmark best practices, and analyse target audience preferences.

Marketing Communications & Administration:

  • Support the Assistant Marketing Manager in executing online and offline marketing campaigns aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing initiatives and support the production of promotional materials in line with brand guidelines.
  • Support overseas exhibitions and trade shows, including liaising with exhibitors and suppliers, assisting with logistics arrangements, and providing operational support before and after events.
  • Liaise with vendors, printing agencies, and internal creative resources to ensure timely production and distribution of marketing collateral.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain quality and brand consistency across all deliverables.
  • Handle administrative and ad-hoc marketing duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on marketing or agency experience, with exposure to digital marketing and content creation.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, CRM tools, and Google Ads.
  • Experience with website backend systems and CMS is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics (GA4), LinkedIn analytics).
  • Basic understanding of AI technologies and their application in marketing, such as AI-driven analytics, content creation, or automation, would be an advantage.
  • Good organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and attention-to-detail mindset, able to manage processes effectively.
  • Creative, open-minded, and keen to explore new marketing trends and technologies.
  • A good team player with a proactive, self-motivated attitude and able to work independently.

Product Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Product Strategy & Market Insights
  • Develop a deep understanding of market dynamics, clinical practices, and the competitive landscape within the fields of gastroenterology and endoscopy.
  • Identify market opportunities and define product requirements and value propositions.
  • Provide structured feedback from distributors, clinicians, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to guide future R&D and product improvements.
  1. Product Lifecycle Management
  • Oversee assigned product lines from concept to post-market support.
  • Manage product documentation, clinical claims, and technical information in collaboration with R&D and Regulatory Affairs.
  • Support MDR and MDSAP readiness by ensuring product data, IFUs, and labelling are market-appropriate and compliant.
  1. Product Launch & Commercialisation
  • Plan and execute product launches in coordination with Marketing Communication and distributors.
  • Develop sales tools, training materials, and product messaging aligned with GA Health’s global brand.
  • Support trade shows (ESGE, UEGW, DDW) and workshops, including product demonstrations and training sessions.
  1. Distributor Support & Training
  • Partner with distributors to provide product knowledge, clinical updates, and marketing collateral.
  • Conduct product and clinical training (virtual or in-person) to build distributor capability and confidence.
  • Monitor distributor performance and gather feedback to inform portfolio priorities.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as the European voice within the product team, ensuring alignment between market needs and technical development.
  • Work closely with R&D and QA/RA teams in Asia to communicate customer requirements and product updates.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Communication to translate technical content into compelling promotional materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or Marketing qualification a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in product management, product marketing, or clinical applications within medical devices (endoscopy, GI, or related preferred).
  • Proven experience launching and managing medical devices in Europe.
  • Strong understanding of MDR and clinical evidence requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Comfortable working in a cross-cultural, distributed environment (Asia–Europe time zones).
  • Willingness to travel for exhibitions, distributor meetings, and clinical training (approx. 20–30%).
