Hong Kong

Assistant Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop various promotional projects and oversee the production and quality of promotional materials (e.g., videos, animations, social media content, and below-the-line materials).
  • Lead and execute digital marketing and social media strategies through integrated campaigns to raise brand awareness through different local digital channels in the UK, Europe, the US, and APAC markets.
  • Manage overseas exhibitions and trade shows, including liaising with external parties such as exhibitors, suppliers and preparing relevant marketing materials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing activities and provide regular reports for management. Identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven strategies to enhance campaigns’ effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research and analyse customer insights to formulate marketing strategies for current and potential new markets.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, with relevant B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven, capable of working independently.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams, support managerial functions, and drive operational excellence.
  • Fast-paced with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Familiarity with global market trends, particularly in the US and Europe, is an advantage.

Product Design Engineer

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for Product design and development, ensuring products meet with engineering specifications, technical standards, and quality requirements.
  • Leverage manufacturing or production experience to identify feasible design solutions and support smooth transition from design to manufacturing.
  • Continuously improve existing product designs by analysing potential enhancements and implementing necessary modifications.
  • Investigate production failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to review pilot runs and production processes.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and suppliers regarding engineering improvements.
  • Apply technical expertise to support material selection and tooling design for innovative product development.
  • Prepare detailed design documentation, including 3D models, engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports for comprehensive records during the product development process.
  • Assist with regulatory documentation submissions, including complying with FDA regulations, ISO standards, and other relevant guidelines.
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify new business opportunities and digital innovation.
  • Assist in managing the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective investment in campaigns and resources.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for as a Senior Product Design Engineer.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or relevant disciplines
  • Proficiency in using 3D and 2D engineering software such as Creo and AutoCAD.
  • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills, task-orientated and proactive team player.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in medical device technology and industry trends to apply best practices in product design.
  • Occasion travel to China as required
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in engineering, with a preference for experience in manufacturing or production environments, especially within the medical device industry.

Technical Product Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and production schedules by collecting relevant data and ensuring product events meet deadlines
  • Conduct product market research and competitor analysis, define product features and benefits to support marketing activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on timelines for production schedule, product campaigns and events
  • Support pre- and post-launch activities by conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for internal teams, key stakeholders, and customers
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and client feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Initiate and follow up on patent and trademark applications to secure protection for unique product designs
  • Gathering customer feedback and suggestions to provide insight for the Product Development team to enhance product design, performance, and functionality.
  • Participate in prototype reviews, UX planning, and tracking to optimise product usability and customer satisfaction
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Product Management/Marketing, or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product development/management or marketing within a regulated industry, preferably with experience in engineering and manufacturing sector, especially within the healthcare industry.
  • Proactive and well-organised individual with a strong sense of responsibility and good problem-solving skills, demonstrating a can-do attitude.
  • Strong marketing acumen with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic, proactive, team-oriented environment.
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Technical Product Specialist.

Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Managing and developing distributors and MTO customers in European markets, ensuring client satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and engaging in key account management activities such as weekly calls and monthly reviews.
  • Implementing sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Leading and moving the opportunities along, negotiating and finalising deals.
  • Working with internal parties to assist the customer with Tendering Process.
  • Tracking and reporting on account activity and providing monthly status updates to management.
  • Be an advisor to customers on our products, performing demos independently and devising solutions for them.
  • Providing feedback from clients and users to the Product Development, Marketing, and Supply Chain team and other stakeholders to continuously improve customer satisfaction. Following through with the stakeholders.
  • Conduct bi-weekly market research to identify new opportunities and competitors’ strengths and weaknesses. Suggest improvements to stay competitive.
  • Participating in conferences, industry events, and professional development activities to expand the network and enhance your knowledge.
  • Coordinating with the Marketing team to develop and implement strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Understanding and staying up-to-date with the latest medical research to facilitate informed discussions with clients.
  • Exploring the Middle East Markets for new opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a similar regulatory industry or in the Life Science sector. Experience in the Gastroenterology market is an advantage.
  • A proven track record of achievement in the last three years is a must.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, including effective relationship management.
  • Strong presentation skills, including the ability to create proposals tailored to customer needs and to demonstrate effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Traveling is approximately 25% of the time.
