Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, contributing ideas and supporting execution.
  • Coordinate with internal Product Management teams to ensure marketing activities are aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar for digital platforms, create engaging, brand-consistent content tailored to various audiences.
  • Develop and execute effective online advertising strategies across key markets, including the US and EU.
  • Drive SEO-led content strategies and perform detailed SEO analyses to improve search visibility and organic performance.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of digital campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee digital content updates and the execution of media campaigns across multiple platforms including, but not limited to, the company website, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Google Ads, SEM/SEO, and email marketing (eDM).
  • Support planning and coordination of overseas exhibitions and trade shows, including liaison with external agencies and preparation of digital marketing materials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify new business opportunities and digital innovation.
  • Assist in managing the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective investment in campaigns and resources.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Analytics, e-Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably within the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and major email marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Creative thinker with a digital-first mindset and the ability to generate engaging content.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a digital agency environment is an advantage.
  • Exposure to global marketing campaigns, especially across the US and EU markets, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Managing and developing distributors and MTO customers in European markets, ensuring client satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and engaging in key account management activities such as weekly calls and monthly reviews.
  • Implementing sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Leading and moving the opportunities along, negotiating and finalising deals.
  • Working with internal parties to assist the customer with Tendering Process.
  • Tracking and reporting on account activity and providing monthly status updates to management.
  • Be an advisor to customers on our products, performing demos independently and devising solutions for them.
  • Providing feedback from clients and users to the Product Development, Marketing, and Supply Chain team and other stakeholders to continuously improve customer satisfaction. Following through with the stakeholders.
  • Conduct bi-weekly market research to identify new opportunities and competitors’ strengths and weaknesses. Suggest improvements to stay competitive.
  • Participating in conferences, industry events, and professional development activities to expand the network and enhance your knowledge.
  • Coordinating with the Marketing team to develop and implement strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Understanding and staying up-to-date with the latest medical research to facilitate informed discussions with clients.
  • Exploring the Middle East Markets for new opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a similar regulatory industry or in the Life Science sector. Experience in the Gastroenterology market is an advantage.
  • A proven track record of achievement in the last three years is a must.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, including effective relationship management.
  • Strong presentation skills, including the ability to create proposals tailored to customer needs and to demonstrate effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Traveling is approximately 25% of the time.
