GA Health celebrated its 15th Anniversary with an inspiring speech by our Co-Founder and CEO, Cindy Ye, at the GA Suzhou site, the group’s first manufacturing location in China. Fifteen different types of root plants beautifully surrounded the event, symbolising GA Health’s strength, cohesion, resilience, and growth.

Ye shared the company’s journey, starting in the UK with a dream to create a safer world by reducing contamination. The founders’ personal experiences and observations inspired them to make a difference. The company has grown significantly, expanding its reach and impact globally. Ye also discussed the innovative technologies and methods developed to achieve this goal. By striving for excellence, the company continues to impact health and safety significantly.

Ye also shared the challenges faced in the last 15 years. However, the company didn’t give up. Instead, it chose to take control of its destiny by being creative, courageous, and disciplined.

On September 29th, 2022, the company rebranded Andorate, reflecting its commitment to innovation and excellence in medical devices. The rebranding is part of a larger strategy to establish Andorate as a medical device industry leader, prioritising user-centric design and cutting-edge technology. The CEO thanked the employees for their hard work and dedication, which she said was the reason behind the company’s success. She highlighted the importance of teamwork and acknowledged each employee’s contributions, saying they have made the company a leader in endoscopy infection prevention.

The CEO also talked about the company’s plans to expand globally in the next five years and expressed her confidence in the company’s ability to achieve this goal. She encouraged the employees to keep up the excellent work and said the company would provide resources and support to make it happen. Finally, she encouraged the employees to take ownership of their work and embrace challenges as opportunities to grow and learn.

At the GA Health employee gathering, everyone shared their most memorable moments at GA Health. The most memorable one was the high team morale during the Covid challenge. They were determined and had the goodwill to overcome the unprecedented difficulty. After the sharing session, employees showed off their hidden talents through entertaining performances. Some sang their favourite songs, while others danced to popular tunes. The event ended on a high note, with everyone feeling closer and more connected to the GA Health community.
